Become a Mission Partner
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Program & Term Commitment | You are enrolling as a Mission Supporter at a rate equivalent to $150 per magazine edition, billed at $75 per month. This agreement requires a minimum 12-month (1-year) placement commitment and includes guaranteed placement in six (6) magazine editions published over the 12-month period.
If enrollment occurs after an edition has already been sent to production, placement will begin with the next available edition and continue through the corresponding edition the following year.
Billing Structure | Payments will be processed as twelve (12) equal monthly installments of $75, beginning immediately. Charges will be processed automatically each month using the credit card on file.
Payment Information & Account Updates | You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information on file. Any changes to credit card details must be provided prior to the scheduled billing date. V²M is not responsible for failed charges resulting from outdated or incorrect payment information.
Business Changes | Changes in business ownership, operations, or closure do not void this agreement or the associated financial obligation.
Failed Payments & Publication | If a scheduled payment is declined or fails for any reason:
• Your placement will cease to run in upcoming editions until the account is brought current.
• You remain financially responsible for the full 12-month commitment regardless of whether the placement is published.
• A $25 failed payment fee may be assessed for each declined transaction. This fee may be waived once per 12-month term at the sole discretion of V²M
• Placement will resume only after all outstanding balances are paid in full. V²M is not required to retroactively publish missed placements due to non-payment.
Artwork & Submission Responsibility | You are responsible for providing all required placement content, including logos, QR codes, and any other approved elements, by the submission deadlines.
Failure to submit required materials by the stated deadline may result in your placement not appearing in the next scheduled edition. This does not alter the billing schedule or the financial obligations of this agreement.
You are responsible for providing and maintaining an email address that is actively monitored for communications related to this agreement.
Acknowledgment & Authorization | By signing up for the Mission Partner plan, you confirm that:
• You understand this is a 12-month commitment, and early cancellation does not release the remaining balance. Any unpaid portion of the annual commitment remains due.
• You authorize recurring charges to be processed by V²M | Veteran Voices Magazine, or any successor entity responsible for publishing V²M.
• This agreement covers six (6) magazine editions over a 12-month term, billed as twelve (12) equal monthly payments of $75.
